The Yoga Weekend will be 12 and 13th this month.
Saturday 12th begins with chanting of the Yoga Sutra at 9 a.m. It’s a great preparation for the Vijnana Yoga class at 10.30. The Philosophy class following at 12.30 for those who participate in the one year course. The Beginners One Year course class is moved to 15.00 on this day.

The Sunday Yoga Morning is a three and a half hour retreat-like practice of Vijnana Yoga. Register before Thursday 10th if you would like to join.

We are honoured to host Jayashree and Nirasimhan in Innerspace weekend of 25 May. Jayashree made the beautiful cd that we use in the Saturday morning chanting.

Barbara Burkhardt will come from Basel, Switzerland for a workshop – Understanding the Structure and Working of Consciousness, July 1. Not to be missed.

The annual retreat in Italy, 13 – 19 August is still open for Early Bird Discount.
